Television time wasted

If you spend six hours a day in front of your TV, you spend 2,190 hours a year watching TV.

If you did this for 70 years, you spent 153,300 hours of your life in front of the TV.

This is equal to 6,387 days of watching TV 24 hours a day or 17 1/2 years of watching it nonstop.

If you used that time instead to read five books a year, you can read 88 books during that time.
