Light bulbs used

What is amazing is how many light bulbs you probably use over the years in your house.

If you have eight rooms... three bedrooms, one living room, one laundry room, one bathroom, one hallway, one kitchen, and one light bulb in each room... .

Assuming on average each room uses one light bulb, and they get replaced once every six months, you would use 800 light bulbs over a 50 year period. But if you have double the amount of rooms (16), you would use at least 1,600 bulbs.
